Cancellation & Refund Policy

Charutar Arogya Mandal (hereinafter termed as The Mandal) offers a refund policy to the donors only in case there has been an error / technical glitch during the transfer due to which the donor has mistakenly made a double payment or donated an extra amount.

We will be happy to refund the donation provided the donor informs the Mandal through email to helpus@charutarhealth.org / letter addressed to GM (Accounts) and sent by courier to our office address, specifying the error occurred and sends such a request for refund within 7 days from the date of donation. The Donor can expect to receive the refund within 30 calendar days from the requested date of return.

Such a request shall include the complete address of communication of the Donor (including email ID ) to which the refund could be sent. The refund will be made by a/c payee cheque or NEFT only in the name of the donating party.

In case of an unexpected dispute arising out of a transaction by the user, the jurisdiction of Anand court would apply to resolving such a dispute.
